Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a cancellation fee.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit the booking deposit.

In the event of a no-call or no-show, the full-service amount may be charged to the card on file.

Before Your Appointment

After your booking approval, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Appointment details

  • Glow prep + aftercare instructions

  • Required waivers

  • Studio arrival information

Please review all prep instructions carefully to ensure the smoothest, longest-lasting glow possible.

All waivers must be completed prior to your arrival.
